Bringing evidence-based movement for healthy ageing since 2013 *

Full Circle Wellness was founded in June 2013 by Accredited Exercise Physiologists Brendan McCann and Tristan Hall, driven by a clear and uncompromising belief: exercise physiology should be accessible, valued, and available to everyone.

At a time when exercise physiology was still emerging and widely under-recognised within Australia’s healthcare system, Brendan and Tristan identified a critical gap. Too many people, older Australians, people living with disability, children, those managing chronic conditions, and individuals in lower socio-economic or regional communities, were missing out on evidence-based movement as a core part of their healthcare. Full Circle Wellness was created to change that.

Today, Full Circle Wellness exists to improve health literacy, deliver clinically sound exercise education, and bring high-quality exercise physiology services into the places people actually live, homes, aged care settings, community facilities, and local clinics.

Equally important is our commitment to the profession itself. We are dedicated to building a strong, supported workforce of exercise physiologists, providing mentorship, professional development, and real career pathways that allow clinicians to grow, lead, and deliver exceptional care.

Our aim is simple but ambitious: to reshape Australia’s approach to proactive health, where movement is recognised as essential, preventative, and life-changing. Full Circle Wellness is proud to be part of that shift, and we are only just getting started.
