Hydrotherapy is a gentle yet powerful tool we use at Full Circle Wellness to support strength, mobility, and confidence — particularly for clients managing pain, injury, chronic health conditions, or reduced mobility.

Using the natural support and resistance of water, hydrotherapy allows for safe, low-impact movement that can reduce joint stress, improve circulation, and assist in recovery. Sessions may include walking, stretching, balance work, and functional exercises tailored to your goals.

Hydrotherapy is especially helpful for:

  • Arthritis and joint conditions

  • Chronic pain or fatigue

  • Post-surgical recovery

  • Falls prevention

  • Neurological conditions

  • Strengthening and mobility maintenance

Hydrotherapy sessions are available on request and are a popular part of many client programs. Our Exercise Physiologists will work with you to decide if water-based exercise is the right fit, and deliver sessions in a safe, supportive environment.
