  • Exercise Right for Active Ageing (ERAA) Class

    A light-moderate intensity class working on building strength for activities of daily living, balance and falls prevention, and improving general mobility and flexibility

  • Fit For Life Class

    This class is a one-stop-shop for health! Designed to improve strength, posture, balance and flexibility PLUS we promise you'll have some fun. Ideal for keeping up with life and staying fit and strong!

    $25 per class

  • Pilates Class

    Enjoy the benefits of Pilates for strengthening and lengthening the body. Ideal for any level, Pilates exercises help to correct imbalance as well as build deep core strength.

    Our Exercise Physiologists will integrate the pilates reformer, wunder chair and mat exercises into your class to give you a safe and effective full body workout.

    Ability - Beginners through to advanced

    $25 per class

  • Strength Class

    Strength class for moderate to high functioning 50+ year olds. This class focuses on total body strength and teaches the safe use of barbels, dumbbells and cables. The goal of this class is to build high levels of strength and resilience, not just health but for overall capacity. Beginners are welcome and osteopenic individuals encouraged. Education is provided during sessions particularly in relation to post menopausal management of bone mineral density and the mitigation of age related decline.
