    Reception hours are 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

  • We understand it’s now always possible to get to one of our clinics, or that you might feel more comfortable in your own home.

    Our team of Accredited Exercise Physiologists provide quality support at home to many of our clients throughout the the Sunshine and Cooloola Coasts, and the North Brisbane, Pine Rivers, Moreton Bay and Gympie regions.

    Telehealth consultations are also available.

  • The fee for an appointment depends on how you are referred to us.

    Anyone is welcome to make an appointment.

    Many of our clients, however, receive a referral for our services.

    A referral can come to us via your GP (bulk billing under Medicare), a Home Care package, or through an NDIS or DVA referral.

    Contact us to discuss your eligibility and any fees that may be applicable.

  • We accept payment by cash, direct debit, EFTPOS, Visa or Mastercard.

    Please note that bank processing fees may apply to card payments.

  • It depends on the service provided to you.

    As a guide, an assessment consultation may range from 60 to 90 minutes, with subsequent consultations potentially ranging anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes.

  • No, referrals are not required to see an Accredited Exercise Physiologists. Anyone is welcome to make an appointment.

  • Consider bringing the following items to your appointment:

    1. Letter of referral (if applicable)

    2. Preferred payment method

    3. Medicare, or any other applicable Health Care card.

  • We recommend you wear comfortable clothes and footwear that are suitable for exercise.

  • Our Exercise Physiology services are covered by most private Health Funds and rebates may be available.

    Before arriving at your appointment, we recommend that you check with your Health Fund provider to understand if a rebate is available under your current policy.

    Healthcare concession card rates are available for selected services.

    Medicare Chronic Disease Management Plans (CDM) are accepted for selected services, including exercise physiology and dietetics.

    Please note that eligible clients must have a care plan prepared by their GP and present their referral documentation and valid Medicare card at the time of your appointment.
