Our Exercise Physiologists specialise in home based aged care and disability support, providing services from Brisbane to Hervey Bay, including Caboolture, Bribie Island, Sunshine Coast, Noosa, Gympie and Tin Can Bay. 

We work with many home care organisations throughout the Sunshine Coast, providing thorough and specific therapy tailored to your personal needs and funding packages.

On the Sunshine Coast, our staff travel between Caloundra and Noosa, and on the Cooloola Coast, Gympie to Rainbow Beach. Our team can visit you at home if you reside in Brisbane and Hervey Bay/Maryborough, too.

Who is eligible?

Anyone can book a home visit! There are usually no additional fees for a home visit, and you may be eligible for funding through the following:

  • Home Care Packages (HCP), Short Term Restorative Care (STRC) or Commonwealth Home Support Programmes (CHSP)

  • Bulk billed for eligible referrals - speak to your GP

  • Rebates are also available through most private health funds. Check with your provider to see if you are eligible.

  • National Disability Insurance Scheme

  • Department of Veteran Affairs
