About Our Centre
How do I make an appointment?
You can request an appointment online for any of our clinics or in-home service. We will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a suitable time for you. Alternatively, you can call us on (07) 5456 1599 to make an appointment. Reception hours are between 8.00am — 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
Will you come to me at home?
We understand it is not always possible to get to one of our clinics and you may be more comfortable with us coming to you. We provide in-home care to many of our clients throughout the Sunshine Coast region. Areas include Caloundra, Kawana, Mountain Creek, Buderim, Maroochydore, Mooloolaba, Nambour and Noosa. Contact us on (07) 5456 1599 if you would like to discuss a home visit.
How much does it cost?

Can I pay using my credit card?
We accept payment by cash, direct debit, EFTPOS, Visa or Mastercard.
How long does an appointment take?
The length of the appointment depends on the services provided, however as a guide an assessment consultation will usually range from 60 minutes to 90 minutes, with subsequent consultations ranging from 30 minutes.

Do I need a doctor's referral?
No, referrals are not required to make an appointment at our clinics.
What do I need to bring?
Consider bringing the following items to your appointment:
letter of referral (if applicable)
Medicare, or other applicable health care card
What should I wear?
What you wear may vary depending on your area of treatment. However, as a general guide, we recommend comfortable clothes & suitable footwear for exercise (if seeing our Exercise Physiologist). In order for the physiologists to have easy access over the problem area, you may be required to wear loose fitting clothes (if applicable).
Can I claim on Medicare or Private Health Insurance?
Private health insurance rebates may be available for selected services. Please check with your health fund to determine if a rebate is available for your specific appointments/treatments.
Healthcare concession card rates are available for selected services.
Medicare Chronic Disease Management Plans (CDM) are accepted for selected services, including exercie physiology and dietetics. Eligible clients must have a care plan developed by their GP and present referral documentation and Medicare card at the time of your appointment.
At Full Circle Wellness we understand that things come up and we try to be as accomodating as possible. If you do need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please contact us at your earliest convenience to avoid a fee. Our Cancellation Policy can be found here.
As there are associated risks with healthcare, Full Circle Wellness urges you to obtain a physical examination from a doctor before consulting with our accredited allied health care professionals. We require our patients to sign a Liability Waiver prior to treatment. A copy of the waiver can be found here.
