Jordan works at all our clinics and is available at the following times: 

• Monday - Home visits (North Coast) 

• Tuesday - Tin Can Bay clinic

• Wednesday - Noosa home visits

• Thursday - Tin Can Bay clinic and home visits 7.30am - 4.00pm

• Friday - Noosa District home visits 9.00am - 3.00pm
