We work with many home care organisations throughout the Sunshine Coast and provide thorough and specific therapy, dependent on your situation and funding restrictions.

Our caring allied health professionals are available from Brisbane to Bribie Island, Caloundra to Noosa and Gympie to Tin Can Bay.

AVAILABLE SERVICES FOR HOME VISITS
WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR A HOME VISIT?
Anyone can book a home visit! There are usually no additional fees for a home visit, and you may be eligible for funding through the following:

Medicare (bulk billed for eligible referrals - speak to your GP)

My Aged Care - Home Care Packages (HCP), Short Term Restorative Care (STRC) or Commonwealth Home Support Programmes (CHSP)

National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)

Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA)

Rebates are also available through most private health funds. Check with your provider to see if you are eligible.

We service Caloundra to Noosa on the Sunshine Coast and Gympie to Rainbow Beach on the Cooloola Coast. We also offer home visits in Brisbane from our Alexandra Hills clinic.
