VETERANS AFFAIRS
EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGY AND YOUR CVC
Our Exercise Physiologists and other allied health practitioners provide bulk-billed services through the Coordinated Veteran’s Care Scheme (CVC). You are eligible to receive these benefits if you hold a Veteran Gold or Veteran White card, and you either:
-
have a chronic disease; or
-
are recovering after a hospital stay for treatment of a major injury or illness.
Speak to your local doctor to determine your eligibility for the CVC scheme and to obtain the necessary referral.
We provide our services in-clinic, within your home or community centre and also in the aquatic environment (hydrotherapy). If you are interested in participating in this program please contact our friendly staff on 07 5456 1599 or send us a message for more information about our services.
